Fresh, modern and clean, our newly refurbished restaurant has a menu to match. Wooden floors, pine tables & warm light walls set it apart from the bar. The new layout offers the opportunity to relax in comfort and enjoy good food, wine and company.

Tom learnt his culinary skills at the Michelin Starred Abbey Restaurant under Ben Tunnicliffe. He then spent a year and a half at the Gurnard’s Head before taking charge of his own kitchen here at The Coldstreamer.

Using quality, fresh, local produce is key to Tom’s cooking. Fish is landed a few miles away in Newlyn, meat from the local butcher in Penzance and vegetables from a selection of small local producers. The majority of this is grown less than two miles away at Higher Trenowin Farm.

The menu reflects what is available and in season and therefore changes weekly. Sample menus can be viewed below.
